Controversial & Sensitive Issues

In the course of a student’s education at school, topics may be presented that could cause discomfort in light of a student’s or family’s background or personal beliefs.  If this occurs, students and/or their parents/guardians may request an alternative educational/curriculum experience.  This request can be made to the student’s teacher, counselor, or administrator.
