Administrative Team

John Broadley assumed the role of Principal in the 2021-2022 school year after being Assistant Principal for 11 years at BFUHS.

In his previous seven years, John had been a Special Educator, Math Teacher, Activities Director, Freshman Academy Co-coordinator, and High Schools That Work Coordinator at B.F.U.H.S.  John moved to the United States in the Fall of 1993 to teach at a small residential school in Putney.  He met his future wife, Christine, in 1998 and married in March 2000, at St Charles Church in Bellows Falls.  His wife graduated from BFUHS in 1991.  They now reside in Bellows Falls with their two children.  

John graduated from Brunel University in the United Kingdom, with a diploma in Physical Education and Geography, and while in the United States earned a Masters Degree in Education from Antioch University (2001), and then a Post-Masters Degree in Educational Leadership at Keene State College (2006).  In addition to his administrative duties, John has coached Varsity Girls Soccer for 18 years and Girls Varsity Tennis for one year.
